01 / WINDOWS
System requirements
Current release-candidate documentation targets Windows 10 or 11 with .NET Framework 4.8 and appropriate video runtime dependencies. Device drivers, camera codecs and multiple live feeds can increase CPU, network and storage requirements. Verify prerequisites for the exact downloaded build.
02 / CONNECTIVITY
Compatible IP cameras
Camera connectivity depends on supported camera streams, credentials, vendor firmware, codecs and network routing. RTSP transport and ONVIF discovery are common protocols, but not every model or proprietary controller is certified. Test each camera and PTZ command independently.
03 / VIDEO
Recording modes
Source documentation describes per-camera Off, Continuous, and Motion recording with optional schedules and per-camera storage. Configure storage permissions, retention and power recovery, then verify that recorded files are actually playable.
04 / EVIDENCE
Review and export
Playback and evidence export should work on copies, preserving source archives. Before operational use, validate camera timestamps, export readability, file integrity and your own retention requirements.
05 / CONTROLLERS
Enterprise operator controls
Enterprise 2.1 source artwork describes USB keyboard assignments, hotkeys, joystick/XInput mapping, monitor focus and configured PTZ actions. Controller behavior depends on how Windows exposes the device. No particular branded controller is certified without testing.
06 / LICENSING
Registration and renewals
Base purchases are separate from annual entitlements for 7+ cameras. Enterprise documentation specifies manual publisher-signed SA25 and SA26 codes, tied to an installation and registration address; online payment does not itself unlock a camera count.
This guide describes documented product workflows and prerequisites, not a claim that every camera, controller or installation has been field-tested. For hardware compatibility or installation-specific questions, contact support.
