Registration
privacy information.
This notice is provided as a review draft for the new trial and activation registration service. It must be approved by the business operator before production registration is enabled.
Information requested
The registration service requests your name, email address, selected software edition, optional company, and consent to necessary processing. Optional marketing consent is separate. Activation requests may include the desktop installation request ID and an optional purchase reference.
Why information is used
Registration verifies email ownership, routes access to edition-specific trial downloads, and allows the publisher to review requested paid licence activation. Registration alone does not issue an activation code.
Processing and security
Planned infrastructure includes Cloudflare Workers, Turnstile, D1, and private R2 files, with either Cloudflare Email Sending or an approved transactional email provider. A secure session cookie is used after email verification. Actual processors and geographic processing details must be confirmed before approval.
Retention and deletion
Unverified registrations are designed to expire after 24 hours and trial sessions within two hours; verified registration retention is a configurable period selected and approved by the operator. Verified visitors can delete their own registration from the download portal. Retention for payment and licence records must be confirmed in the final published notice.
Communications
Transactional messages are used for verification and licence-request administration. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. The site owner must publish the final unsubscribe, access and deletion contact procedure before collecting registrations in production.
